VICI / Valco Helium Purifiers 加热氦净化器 (HP2)
VICI加热氦净化器(HP2) 可将氦气或其他稀有气体（例如 Ar、Ne、Kr 和 Xe）净化至亚 ppm 水平的活性气态杂质，对于线上气体分析仪器，可以作为载流气体和标准气体的纯化装置，也可以做为质谱仪的气体纯化器。
在正常操作中，纯化器的外部温度是温暖的，但触摸时不应感到不适。 24 VDC电源将纯化器捕集阱保持在恒定温度下，并且应放置在适当的位置，以便发光的LED指示灯可以用作纯化器运行的视觉指示器。
注意：该产品不可与氧气一起使用，亦不可在未通入气体的情况下进行加热。
